2024 marked the concluding year of TAYU's second ten-year plan. According to its performance data, the company achieved an annual revenue increase of over 40% compared to the previous year in 2024, with overseas business growing exponentially year-on-year.

Behind these achievements, Martin Yang attributes success to product quality, cost control, delivery capabilities, and brand value, "particularly talent aggregation within the company." TAYU has invested heavily in talent cultivation and recruitment, establishing a robust talent pipeline and incentive mechanisms. These measures have ensured technological leadership and management innovation in fierce market competition, laying a solid foundation for the company's sustained development.

In 2014, to meet customers' universal desire for "maximum output with minimum input," TAYU kicked off its technological introduction by acquiring the vertical injection molding machine technology of German company Demag. Later, it introduced Japanese management systems to create a series of advanced vertical injection molding machines that reduce costs and increase efficiency for customers.

Martin Yang did not pursue introduction for the sake of introduction alone; he aimed to reshape TAYU from within by digesting and absorbing advanced technologies, forging the company's core competitiveness. The company's focus on developing various generations of low-worktable vertical injection molding machines has enhanced efficiency, providing customers with new-era productivity and leading global plastic machinery development trends. Through collaborations with German company Bosch Rexroth, TAYU introduced advanced German precision closed-loop control technologies, successfully achieving domestic substitution of production equipment for precision injection molding products such as mobile phone components, automotive sensors, automotive electrical connectors, precision filters, and fuel injection components.

"TAYU ventured into overseas markets relatively early, and we attach great importance to them. We strengthen promotion through participating in overseas exhibitions and relying on overseas agents, striving for greater breakthroughs in international markets," said Martin Yang.
Currently, TAYU has established over 30 offices nationwide and agency networks in more than 30 countries including Germany, the United States, and India. Since 2010, the company has systematically participated in major global exhibitions. In 2024, as a frontier explorer in vertical injection molding machines and a provider of high-end molding technology solutions, TAYU shone again at overseas exhibitions such as NPE and Fakuma, showcasing its latest products and cutting-edge industry application technologies to jointly envision a bright blueprint for the plastics industry with global peers.

Two months ago, Martin Yang visited the Arburg factory for a detailed inspection and spoke highly of this global benchmark enterprise. In Martin Yang's view, with the comprehensive upgrading of traditional manufacturing to high-tech manufacturing, enterprises' demand for technical and management talent has surged. As early as 2016, TAYU invited senior experts from Japan's Sumitomo—Yasuhiko Kiyokawa and Hiroshi Morita—as consultants, who introduced core Japanese management tools and applications such as 5W1H and CPRS.

Through introducing Japanese management, TAYU successfully reduced communication costs, improved work efficiency, and made daily operations more efficient and precise. Meanwhile, it can quickly analyze and formulate solutions for issues arising in work processes, gradually transforming the consultants' management methods into TAYU's standard operating procedures.
Statistical data shows that in the first three years of implementing the standard operating model, with the consultants' guidance, TAYU reduced new machine factory failure rates by 67%, new machine development change rates by 72%, and improved order delivery on-time rates by 11%.

Second, TAYU implemented a talent-driven strategy early on. Martin Yang often emphasizes that enterprises need to focus on three core areas: first, quality; second, cost control to ensure competitive product pricing; and third, delivery capabilities—all three relying on talent.
